We are seeking an experienced Majesco Functional Lead to drive business analysis functional design and implementation of insurance solutions on the Majesco platform The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in insurance domain processes and indepth knowledge of Majesco applications Policy Billing Claims
The role will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams ensuring business requirements are accurately translated into scalable and efficient Majesco solutions
Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis Requirements Gathering:
Lead workshops with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
Document business processes functional requirements and use cases
Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications
Functional Design Solutioning:
Design functional solutions using:
Majesco Policy Administration
Majesco Billing
Majesco Claims
Configure product features aligned with business requirements
Define workflows rules and user journeys
Requirements Translation Collaboration:
Act as liaison between
Business teams
Technical teams developers architects
Ensure functional requirements are clearly understood and implemented
Testing Validation:
Define and review test scenarios test cases and acceptance criteria
Support
SIT System Integration Testing
UAT User Acceptance Testing
Validate system behavior against business expectations
Process Optimization:
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
Recommend best practices and optimal product usage
Ensure minimal customization and leverage out of the box features
Documentation Knowledge Management:
Prepare functional design documents FDDs BRDs and user stories
Maintain traceability between requirements and deliverables
Provide knowledge transfer and user training
Stakeholder Management:
Engage with business users SMEs and product owners

Required Skills Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelors degree in Business IT Engineering or related field
Experience:
8-12 years of experience in insurance domain and business analysis
4-6 years working with Majesco platforms or similar PAS systems
Domain Expertise:
Strong understanding of:

Underwriting processes
Billing invoicing workflows

Experience in PC Life or Health insurance
