Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing omnichannel customer journey solutions using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
Design scalable end to end AJO architectures leveraging Adobe Experience Platform, Real-Time CDP, and Journey Optimizer
Architect real time journeys, decision flows, triggers, and multichannel orchestration patterns.
Configure Data Sources, Datasets, Schemas, Segments, Policies, and Journeys.
Efficiently design journey flows in AJO and handle building blocks of marketing communication like email templates, fragments, assets and landing pages.
Set up APIs, event forwarding, destinations, and extensions
Work with engineering and data teams to ensure quality data pipelines for profile and event ingestion.
Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and architecture discussions with stakeholders.
Conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting, and solution optimization.
Maintain documentation architecture diagrams, data flows, technical designs, and operational guidelines
Perform technically assessment of Emails, Content Blocks, Assets, Journeys in existing system and design a transformation solution to recreate the same functionality in AJO, effectively utilising Segments, Dynamic Content and Personalization features.
Required Skills:
5 to 10 years of experience in MarTech/AdTech architecture and enterprise marketing platforms with 2 to 3 years of experience in AJO.
Strong hands-on expertise with Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Experience Platform.
Deep understanding of:
o Journeys and triggers
o XDM schemas
o Data ingestion (batch & streaming)
o Data Sources
o Real-Time Customer Profile
o Identity resolution
o Segment creation and activation
Familiarity with Adobe ecosystem (e.g., RT-CDP, Target, Campaign, Analytics) is strongly preferred.
Experience with projects that involve migration of any marketing communication systems to AJO is preferred.
Knowledge with SFMC along with AJO is preferred.
Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Comfortable working in agile environments.
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $42.76/hour - $66.82/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
