We are seeking an experienced professional with deep expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer AJO to lead the design development and architecture of customer journeys This hybrid role combines hands-on development with strategic architecture responsibilities to deliver scalable personalized and data driven experiences across multiple channels
Key Responsibilities:
Journey Design Development:
Build and configure multistep customer journeys in AJO across email SMS push and in-app channels
Implement orchestration rules decision management and audience targeting logic
Architecture Blueprinting:
Design scalable reusable journey components and frameworks aligned with AJO capabilities
Create highlevel journey blueprints supporting NextBestAction NBA logic and personalization
Integration Data Strategy:
Integrate AJO with AEP RealTime CDP and other Adobe Experience Cloud tools
Manage data ingestion schema creation and audience segmentation in AEP
Conduct AB testing and multivariant testing for journey improvements
Collaboration Leadership:
Work closely with marketing data engineering and creative teams
Mentor junior developers and provide best practices for AJO implementation
Required Skills Experience:
Technical Expertise:
5 years in marketing technology 2 years hands-on with AJO
Strong knowledge of AJO AEP RTCDP
Proficiency in JavaScript JSON REST APIs familiarity with HTMLCSS
Certifications:
Preferred Adobe Certified Expert AJO or certifications in Experience Design or Marketing Technology
Soft Skills:
Excellent collaboration communication and problem-solving abilities
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $42.76/hour - $66.82/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
