Adobe Workfront - Fusion Lead

Workfront Fusion Development & Delivery:

• Lead the design and development of Adobe Workfront Fusion scenarios based on business requirements and solution designs

• Define and manage Fusion build timelines, ensuring alignment with delivery milestones and stakeholder expectations

• Proactively track progress, identify risks or blockers, and escalate issues to leadership in a timely manner

• Maintain, monitor, and continuously enhance existing Fusion scenarios for performance, scalability, and reliability

• Collaborate with solution architects and design consultants to ensure alignment with overall architecture and business goals
  

Workfront Configuration & Administration:

• Configure and customize Adobe Workfront to meet business needs, user stories, and operational requirements

• Develop and maintain workflows, templates, dashboards, and reports within Workfront

• Ensure optimal platform utilization by implementing best practices and standardization
  

Testing & Quality Assurance:

• Support QA and UAT activities in collaboration with Workfront Design Consultants and business stakeholders

• Validate solution functionality, ensuring it meets defined requirements and quality standards
  

Stakeholder Collaboration & Process Improvement:

• Engage with business and IT stakeholders to understand requirements and identify opportunities for process optimization

• Recommend and implement automation and workflow improvements leveraging Workfront and Fusion capabilities

• Ensure effective communication of progress, updates, and risks to stakeholders
  

Support & Issue Resolution:

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workfront configuration, integrations, and Fusion scenarios

• Provide ongoing support and enhancements post-deployment
  

Integration & Data Management:

• Work closely with IT teams to enable seamless integrations between Workfront and other enterprise systems

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across platforms
  

Documentation & Knowledge Management:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, workflows, integrations, and best practices

• Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and support team upskilling initiatives
  

Continuous Learning & Innovation:

• Stay updated with the latest Adobe Workfront and Fusion features, releases, and industry trends

• Drive adoption of new functionalities to improve platform capabilities and business outcomes

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $35.83/hour - $55.98/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
