- Managed ambiguity and shifting timelines

- Support Launch Director in helping manage cross-functional integration across C8R workstreams and sub-workstreams
- Manage our workstream deliverables and translate them into clear and actionable project management deliverables
- Run Peer Reviews/Integration Workshops, as needed, across workstreams and functional teams to facilitate alignment and consolidate effective execution plans
- Track Launch Readiness KPI and scorecard
- Use PMO tool (Adobe WorkFront) to track & manage all of C8R deliverables
- Works with functional teams who delivers the work and provide feedback/guidance for senior leadership presentation & reporting
- When closer to launch, can support Q/VC build and customer order solicitation process, working with engineering, PMO & sale ops (administrative support)
