What you’ll do

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure a pristine environment.
• Execute floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to maintain impeccable surfaces.
• Manage laundry services by washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels efficiently.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping management team to uphold quality standards and address any maintenance needs.
• Provide exceptional service to guests by responding promptly to requests for additional supplies or assistance.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public spaces to identify cleaning needs or safety hazards.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment issues as necessary.

Basic qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred qualifications

• Previous hotel experience or background in hospitality is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with janitorial practices and industrial cleaning techniques.
• Experience in custodial roles or housekeeping management is a plus.
• Knowledge of floor care procedures and equipment operation.
