Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Prior experience in hospitality, janitorial, or custodial services is preferred.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of common areas, parking areas and facilities, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
- Conduct floor care tasks such as mopping, sweeping, to maintain pristine flooring conditions, restock amenities.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good working order
- Follow established safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to management for resolution
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments is highly desirable
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Custodial or housekeeping experience is mandatory
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties which may include lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Reliable work ethic with a positive attitude towards teamwork and customer service
