- Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management software.
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately while maintaining up-to-date records.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person, offering exceptional customer service.
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, dining options, and transportation.
- Operate multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to assist callers effectively.
- Address guest concerns or complaints proactively, escalating issues to management when necessary to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain the front desk area’s cleanliness and organization to promote a welcoming environment.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Support night audit procedures when scheduled, reconciling accounts and preparing reports for overnight operations.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding guest services in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a strong plus for serving diverse clientele effectively.
- Familiarity with hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems is advantageous.
