We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our dynamic team at Candlewood Suites. Located in Joplin, this role is crucial in ensuring our guests receive outstanding service and support throughout their stay, aligning with our commitment to hospitality excellence.
Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm welcome.
• Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
• Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Handle phone calls efficiently, utilizing multi-line phone systems.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Uphold hotel policies and procedures while promoting a positive atmosphere.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience in customer service or hospitality roles.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with front desk operations in a hotel setting.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
• Proficiency in using phone systems and reservation software is preferred.
• A friendly demeanor with a passion for helping others.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
