Duties
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Process reservations and cancellations accurately
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction
Requirements
- Experience in guest services or hospitality management preferred
- Proficiency in using front desk software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
