Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression through friendly and professional interactions.
- Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, answering inquiries with clarity and courtesy while directing calls appropriately.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs accurately, processing reservations and payments with attention to detail.
- Provide comprehensive guest services by assisting with luggage, offering local information, and resolving concerns promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk area that reflects our commitment to hospitality management standards.
- Support night audit procedures by reconciling accounts, preparing reports, and ensuring financial accuracy during overnight shifts.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams to address guest needs swiftly and effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality management roles, with a strong background in guest relations.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively.
- Prior hotel experience is preferred, especially familiarity with front desk operations and guest services.
- Excellent customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette and the ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently.
- Knowledge of hotel management software and reservation systems is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
