Job Summary
Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Agent, where you will be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our guests. This energetic role involves delivering exceptional guest services, managing reservations, and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will set the tone for our guests’ stay, creating memorable experiences that keep them coming back. Whether handling guest inquiries, coordinating with other departments, or managing administrative tasks, you will be instrumental in maintaining our reputation for outstanding hospitality. This position is full time second shift 3pm - 11pm and weekends are a must.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and routing calls appropriately.
- Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly to ensure maximum satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate reservation records and update guest information using hotel management software.
- Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs swiftly.
- Conduct night audits when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy.
- Uphold excellent phone etiquette and guest relations standards at all times, fostering a welcoming environment.
Requirements
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a significant advantage for serving diverse guests effectively.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is essential.
- Knowledge of hospitality best practices, including guest relations, resort operations, and night audit procedures.
