Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery, electrical systems, and facility infrastructure.
- Conduct daily and quarterly preventative maintenance to ensure year-round brand compliance.
- Conduct welding, mechanical repairs, and residential painting as needed to maintain facility standards.
- Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and maintenance documentation.
- Assist in training or supervising junior team members or apprentices in maintenance procedures.
- Ensure all work complies with safety protocols and environmental regulations.
- Strong communication skills in English to coordinate with team members and management.
- Customer service orientation when interacting with internal clients or external vendors.
