We're looking for an organized, customer-focused Service Dispatcher to join our Northwood team. If you enjoy coordinating schedules, solving problems, and keeping operations running smoothly, we'd love to hear from you.
No HVAC dispatching experience? That's okay. We're happy to train the right person. Strong scheduling abilities, reliability, and customer service experience are what matter most.
What You'll Do:
- Schedule and dispatch service technicians throughout the day
- Coordinate technician schedules as service calls are completed
- Schedule return visits when parts become available
- Communicate with customers regarding appointment times and schedule updates
- Keep customers informed of expected arrival times and any delays
- Maintain accurate customer information and service records
- Work closely with technicians and managers to ensure efficient daily operations
- Deliver exceptional customer service in every interaction
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Customer service, scheduling, dispatching, administrative, or project coordination experience
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- High school diploma or GED is required
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused
- A strong communicator over the phone and through email
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Reliable and dependable with strong attention to detail
Nice to Have's:
- Experience working in a fast-paced office environment
- Experience using service management software
HVAC experience is a plus, but not required. We will train the right candidate.
