Here you’ll build community, spark confidence, and help kids have the best summer of their lives, while having one of your own.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support a small group of campers throughout the day
- Create a fun, safe, and inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome
- Jump into activities like sports, crafts, songs, swimming, nature, high ropes, and spirit days
- Diffuse disagreements and support campers through social or emotional challenges
- Collaborate with co-counselors and supervisors to make each day better than the last
Who Thrives in This Role
You don’t need previous camp experience, just energy, empathy, and a willingness to lead. Ideal backgrounds include education majors, athletes, RAs, club leaders, peer mentors, coaches, or anyone who loves working with kids.
