We’re hiring a Sprouts Head for Summer 2026!
Camp Sewataro is looking for a warm, confident, playful leader to head up our Sprouts group (ages 3–4) a small community of up to 20 campers who are just beginning their camp journey.
This role is a great fit for

What you’ll do
- Lead daily routines and help campers thrive socially, emotionally, and physically
- Guide Sprouts through camp activities with enthusiasm and strong supervision
- Set positive behavior expectations and keep safety at the center of everything
- Build a kind, confident little community where every child feels seen
Qualification
- Passion for working with young children (required)
- CPR certified (required)
- Teaching certification strongly preferred
- College Junior or Senior or at least one year of Sewataro group leader experience
- Experience teaching/leading young children
