Love the outdoors? Passionate about team-building and adventure? Camp Sewataro is seeking an Adventure Challenge Group Facilitator to lead campers through engaging low and high ropes course elements that promote confidence, communication, and collaboration.
In this role, you’ll guide groups through age-appropriate challenges, facilitate intentional debriefs, and create a physically and emotionally safe environment where campers feel supported to take healthy risks. You’ll work closely with counselors and fellow facilitators to ensure positive group dynamics and memorable experiences

Ideal candidates have experience in adventure education or facilitation, are comfortable belaying and working at heights, and thrive in an active, fast-paced setting. High 5 Adventure training and CPR/First Aid certification are provided, along with mentorship from a fun, supportive camp leadership tea
