Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Surgical (Night Shift)
Location: Salina, Kansas
Pay Rate: $29.00 – $43.00/hour (based on education & experience)
Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000
Shift: Night Shift
Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (12-hour shifts)
Weekend Requirement: TBD

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Surgical to join a collaborative healthcare team in Salina, KS. In this role, you will provide professional nursing care to a variety of medical and surgical patients by utilizing the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to medical and surgical patients
- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient progress and document care accurately
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery
- Maintain compliance with professional nursing standards and state regulations

Candidates may be assigned to one of the following units:
- 3SE
- 4Med
- 5Surg
Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Nursing OR Diploma in Nursing from an accredited school – Required
- Active Kansas RN License OR Compact License – Required at time of submission
- BLS Certification – Required
