Travel Echo Tech / Cardiac Sonographer (Multispecialty Ultrasound)
Location: Plainview, TX 79072
Shift: Day Shift | 4x10 Hours | 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Contract: 13 Weeks
Facility Type: Short-Term Acute Care | Level IV Trauma Center
Weekly Gross Pay: $2500 - $3000 (DOE)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Echo Tech / Cardiac Sonographer for a multispecialty travel assignment. This role requires strong expertise across multiple ultrasound modalities and the ability to work in a fast-paced clinical setting serving patients across all age groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general ultrasound examinations including abdominal, renal, pelvic, small parts, and vascular studies
- Conduct fetal and OB ultrasound procedures including transvaginal imaging
- Perform echocardiograms including Adult Echo, Contrast Echo, and Stress Echo procedures
- Operate ultrasound equipment and accurately document studies within EMR systems
- Support physicians by providing high-quality diagnostic imaging
- Assist with patient education and ensure patient comfort during procedures
- Follow infection control and safety protocols
- May assist with training and precepting clinical staff
Required Qualifications:
✔ Minimum 1 year of experience
✔ BLS Certification
✔ ARDMS / ARDMS VT / CCI / RDCS Certification
✔ Experience with:
- General Ultrasound
- Fetal & OB Ultrasound
- Transvaginal Imaging
- Vascular Studies
- Adult Echocardiography
- Contrast Echo
- Echo Stress Treadmill
Schedule & Additional Details:
- On-call required: Monday–Friday (5:00 PM–8:00 AM)
- Weekend on-call coverage required
- First-time travelers accepted

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per week
