Position: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Case Management
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Start Date: August 10, 2026, or August 17, 2026
Shift: Day Shift | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Weekly Gross Pay: Up to $1,984
- W2 Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
- Weekly Tax-Free Stipend: $1,372 (for eligible travelers)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – Case Management for a 13-week travel assignment in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. This opportunity is ideal for an RN with strong acute care hospital case management experience who excels in care coordination, discharge planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience
- Acute (hospital) Case Management experience required
- Experience with Meditech, Midas, and InterQual required
Schedule
- Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Every other weekend required
Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care and discharge planning
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams
- Review patient cases for appropriate level of care using InterQual
- Document case management activities accurately in Meditech and Midas
- Promote quality patient outcomes and efficient resource utilization
