Position Overview

Seeking a Contract Pediatric Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team.

• Schedule: Day Shift, 5x8-Hour (08:00 AM – 05:00 PM)
• Start Date: 08/17/2026
• Assignment Length: 13 Weeks with possible extension

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to pediatric patients in home settings.
• Deliver hospice and home health services based on individualized care plans.
• Perform patient assessments and document care accurately.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Pediatric home health and/or pediatric hospice experience required.
• Home Health and Hospice experience required.
• Travel healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.

Education

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program.

Certifications

• Active RN License.
• BLS Certification (ARC accepted).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) charting system.
• Pediatric hospice experience.
• Ability to work independently in home-based settings.
• Strong care coordination and documentation skills.

Pay: $2,300.00 - $2,400.00 per week
