Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)

Seeking experienced Certified Surgical Technologists (CSTs) for a busy Operating Room at Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center. Candidates must have strong orthopedic, general surgery, neuro, vascular, GYN, urology, and Da Vinci robotic experience. Prior travel experience required.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide surgical technologist support throughout pre-op, intra-op, and post-op procedures.
• Scrub and maintain sterile technique for complex surgical cases.
• Support orthopedic and total joint procedures.
• Scrub general, neuro, vascular, GYN, and urology cases.
• Assist with Da Vinci robotic surgery procedures.
• Prepare instruments, supplies, equipment, and surgical tables according to procedure requirements.

Requirements

• 2 years of CST experience
• BLS required
• Prior travel experience required
• Strong orthopedic experience required
• General Surgery, Neuro, Vascular, GYN, and Urology experience required
• Da Vinci robotic experience required
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification
• Strong OR/sterile technique experience

Schedule Details

• 4x10-hour day shifts: 6:30 AM–5:00 PM
• 40 hours/week guaranteed
• No set day off
• Call: 5–6 times per month
• No local candidates within 50 miles
• Travel candidates only
• No floating required
• Daily OT after 24 hours; weekly OT after 40 hours
