Job Description Summary

This hybrid position involves a diverse set of job responsibilities and the flexibility to work remotely 2 days a week. . Position requirements include the processing and reviewing of daily accounting transactions for Callanan Industries Inc. Essential duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Daily Uploads of plant tonnage from point-of-sale system into Accounting system
• Daily imports of field/operations data into the Accounting system
• Processing of daily deposits against customer accounts
• Customer Service: inquiries, requests, questions, etc.
• Various ad hoc projects

Education/Experience:

• Associates Degree in Accounting/Finance and/or Business is preferred
• Proven ability to develop relationships and to work both independently as well as in a team environment

Salary and Benefits:

• Hourly pay range is between $23-24 per hour
