Under the general supervision of the Administrator I, Business Services Section, the incumbent is responsible for a wide variety of complex and varied administration functions requiring a high degree of initiative. Analyzes departmental trends, usage, and forecasts future departmental needs for a variety of envelopes, inserts, paper, toner developer and other print supplies. Performs quality control and disposition of the department’s surplus and surveyed property. Serves as the liaison to the Department of General Services (DGS) Property Reutilization and donee non-profit organizations. Identifies related impacts and provides recommendations to management regarding inserts, envelopes and surplus property.
