Job Description And Duties
Under the direct supervision of the Civil Law Division Supervisor I within the Fiscal Team, the Analyst I provides a full range of complex and varied analytical duties, including, but not limited to, general administrative assignments involving the purchase of office supplies, ergonomic and reasonable accommodation items, wireless devices, and other IT/Non-IT equipment. Provides consultative services, analytical support, advice, and problem resolution to management on respective duties. Oversees distribution of wireless devices and division IT equipment. Duties require strong organizational skills, analytical ability, effective writing and communication skills, subject-matter expertise pertaining to civil procedure, state procedures for purchasing goods and services. Provides back-up assistance to other staff within the Civil Law Division Executive Unit in times of absence and on an as-needed operational basis.
