Compensation and Perks

Base compensation is offered between $25 and $50 per hour, depending on your experience level. Furthermore, our performance-based bonus structure is uncapped, allowing top performers to achieve total annual earnings ranging from $100,000 to $200,000 or more.

Required Qualifications

• Extensive residential HVAC expertise gained through hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing systems in real-world settings.
• A comprehensive understanding of local building codes and safety standards.
• A valid driver's license paired with a clean driving history.
• Full professional proficiency in English.

Core Responsibilities

Your role involves managing residential HVAC service and repair calls, including complex diagnostic tasks. You will be responsible for identifying issues, providing transparent solutions, and fostering long-term relationships with clients who request your expertise.

Your daily activities will include:

• Diagnosing and repairing a wide variety of HVAC equipment, such as boilers, heat pumps, furnaces, central A/C, and mini-split systems.
• Proactively identifying potential system failures to help ensure long-term equipment reliability and minimize repeat service visits.
• Educating homeowners on their repair or replacement choices, including financing and service plans, to help them make confident decisions.
• Taking ownership of your performance metrics to help the team reach its overall revenue and service quality objectives.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

This role requires the ability to stand, sit, walk, kneel, squat, and stoop, as well as the dexterity to handle tools and controls. You must be comfortable working in extreme temperatures, including crawl spaces, and be able to reach, climb ladders, and lift at least 50 pounds. The position requires strong close-range vision and the ability to adjust focus.
