Compensation and Schedule: We offer a pay rate between $22.00 and $23.00 per hour, determined by your verified professional background. This is a full-time role consisting of 40 hours weekly, with the possibility of additional overtime.

About the Position: The Quality Liaison serves as the primary contact for addressing customer inquiries, issues, and feedback. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients receive precise and prompt resolutions, making strong interpersonal abilities essential for success.
Core Responsibilities:
- Serve as the on-site quality representative for our automotive supplier partners.
- Participate in all relevant customer warranty and quality-focused meetings.
- Engage in customer vehicle launch and engineering discussions.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality departments to analyze data, identify root causes, and improve overall quality outcomes.
- Help establish interim containment measures in partnership with customer engineering and quality teams.
- Work alongside internal and customer teams to define and implement permanent corrective solutions.
- Present effective countermeasures and actions to stakeholders to resolve quality-related concerns.
- Engage directly with customer production management and floor teams within the manufacturing facility.
- Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by strictly following all established safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the Quality Strategies team to foster professional growth and improve operational efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven background working within automotive manufacturing settings.
- An Associate degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong proficiency in standard software suites, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Skilled in developing and charting data to support automotive quality engineering objectives.
- Ability to utilize and interpret automotive measurement instruments, such as force gages, scales, calipers, and micrometers.
- Exceptional presentation and listening skills to ensure clear communication and follow-through with management and customer teams.
- Maintain a professional demeanor, appearance, and respectful attitude toward leadership and colleagues.
