About the Role
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our production team, where you will play a vital role in maintaining high-precision manufacturing standards. You will leverage your technical expertise in CNC operation and programming to drive efficiency and ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality components.
Responsibilities- Execute complex machine setups, tool presetting, and changeovers to ensure seamless production transitions.
- Operate 3-4 axis VMC mills and 2-4 axis lathes to produce parts that meet rigorous tolerance specifications.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and troubleshoot equipment abnormalities to maximize machine uptime.
- Drive continuous improvement by actively participating in Kaizen events, SMED initiatives, and root-cause problem-solving.
- Maintain visual management boards and documentation to support lean manufacturing workflows.
- Champion a culture of safety by strictly adhering to operational protocols and proactively identifying potential hazards.
Required Skills
- 3 years of professional experience in CNC machining and equipment maintenance.
- Advanced proficiency in G-Code and M-Code programming.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with a focus on precision and quality control.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with specialized CNC tooling and advanced workholding techniques.
- Background in high-volume, lean manufacturing environments.
