Plumber – Residential & New Construction

Core Duties:

• Handle the installation, maintenance, and repair of various pipes, drainage components, valves, and fixtures within residential and new build sites.
• Work alongside electricians, general contractors, and additional trade professionals to ensure project success.
• Ensure all work aligns precisely with established building plans and technical blueprints.
• Identify and fix plumbing malfunctions or urgent system failures to restore functionality.
• Conduct regular assessments of drainage and plumbing networks to ensure optimal performance.
• Document all labor hours, materials utilized, and tasks completed to keep accurate project logs.
• Resolve issues with water heaters, sewage ejector systems, pumps, pressure tanks, and various plumbing fixtures.

Professional Qualifications:

• Possess a valid MT State Plumbing License or demonstrate the capacity to obtain licensure within a 90-day window.
• Bring 1 to 3 years of professional background working as a journeyman plumber.
• Demonstrate technical proficiency with materials including copper, cast iron, PEX, CPVC, and PVC.
• Show mastery in the operation of both manual and electric power tools.
• Maintain a deep understanding of safety protocols, industry best practices, and local building codes.
• Demonstrate the ability to interpret and execute tasks based on complex blueprints.

Required Skill Sets:

• Expertise in plumbing systems
• Active Journeyman’s License
• Proficiency in pipefitting techniques

Equipment and Technical Tools:

• Experience with HVAC systems
