• Construct items while strictly adhering to established quality benchmarks.
• Prepare completed merchandise for delivery to ensure it arrives securely and in excellent condition.
• Perform ongoing inspections during the build and boxing phases to guarantee product excellence.
• Help maintain a safe and orderly work environment to boost overall team productivity.
• Work alongside colleagues to ensure all production targets and schedules are achieved.
• Notify management immediately regarding any production errors or inconsistencies.
• Engage in professional development programs to sharpen your technical abilities.

• Completion of secondary education or a GED is preferred.
• Prior background in manufacturing or packing roles is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Demonstrate a high level of accuracy and the capacity to execute detailed directions.
