Administrative Support Specialist
Onsite | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to provide high-level administrative support to internal teams. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to assigned work groups, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations
- Prepare and format correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, and meeting minutes using tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for internal and external events
- Handle incoming calls, emails, mail, and visitors—screening and directing as appropriate
- Arrange business travel, including accommodations and itineraries
- Track and manage expense reports in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain organized filing systems and documentation
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of administrative support experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently within established procedures with moderate supervision
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
