We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Server to join our dinner service team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in upscale dining, a refined understanding of French food and wine, and a genuine passion for hospitality. As a server at Cafe Stella, you will play a key role in delivering elevated, thoughtful, and seamless service throughout our evening dining experience.

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm, polished, and professional manner

• Confidently guide guests through the menu, including French dishes, culinary techniques, nightly specials, and wine pairings

• Take and enter orders with precision and efficiency

• Deliver food and beverages promptly while upholding presentation and service standards

• Anticipate guest needs and resolve inquiries or concerns with poise and discretion

• Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless dinner service execution

• Process payments and manage transactions accurately

• Maintain a clean, organized, and elegant dining environment

• Assist with dining room setup and breakdown before and after service

• Minimum of 3 years experience in upscale or fine-dining service

• Strong knowledge of French cuisine, French dining service standards, and wine

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and grace

• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to superior guest experience

• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Team-oriented mindset with a positive, professional attitude

• Valid food handler’s certification (or ability to obtain one)
