Responsibilities-
Execute dinner service dishes with consistency, accuracy, and attention to presentation

Demonstrate strong proficiency in French culinary techniques, including sauces, proteins, vegetable cookery, and classic preparations

Maintain precise station organization and mise en place according to kitchen standards

Ensure all dishes meet Cafe Stella’s standards for flavor, temperature, and appearance

Communicate effectively with chefs and team members during service

Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness protocols at all times

Support menu development through preparation, testing, and execution

Assist with inventory management, receiving, and proper storage of ingredients
