Cafe Stella is a renowned restaurant in the heart of Los Angeles, celebrated for its refined French-inspired cuisine, sophisticated ambiance, and exceptional service. We are dedicated to creating an elevated dinner experience through attention to detail, teamwork, and genuine hospitality.

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Busser to join our dinner service team. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining a pristine dining environment, understands the rhythm of upscale service, and appreciates the standards and traditions of French dining. This role is essential to the flow of service and the overall guest experience.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all dining areas throughout service

• Assist servers with table maintenance, including clearing, resetting, and polishing glassware and silverware

• Refill water, assist with bread service, and support food delivery when needed

• Anticipate service needs and respond quickly to guest and team requests

• Support the opening and closing of the dining room for evening service

• Maintain a polished, professional appearance of all guest-facing areas

• Work closely with servers, hosts, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless dinner service

• Prior experience in a fine-dining or upscale restaurant environment preferred

• Understanding of high service standards and interest in French cuisine and dining culture

• Strong work ethic and sense of urgency

• Ability to remain composed and focused in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills

• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Valid food handler’s certification (or ability to obtain one)
