Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and create a pressure-free buying experience
- Learn about each customer’s needs and recommend the right vehicle
- Present and explain Kia’s latest features, safety technology, and performance options
- Conduct test drives and walkarounds with professionalism
- Assist customers through trade-in, financing, and delivery steps (we provide full training)
- Follow up with leads via phone, email, and text
- Support a team-first culture and represent the Cable Dahmer difference
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable learning new technology and product features
- Professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Willingness to learn (we will train you every step of the way)
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus):
- Experience in hospitality, retail, or tech support
- Interest in automotive technology and innovation
- Bilingual skills (Spanish a plus)
