Inside Sales Representative

Duties/Responsibilities:

·         Complete accurate and timely quotes and competitor products cross-references for assigned territories.

·         Convert competitive hardware sets and take offs to Hager products and solutions.

·         Capture and document all required follow-up information.

·         Maintain ownership of quote revisions and proactive follow-up.

·         Generate a consistent volume of qualified leads within assigned territories.

·         Research and identify project opportunities independently and collaboratively.

·         Conduct outreach to grow specification writing opportunities, relationship development, and AIA meetings.

·         Funnel identified opportunities directly to outside sales representatives.

·         Act as an extension of the outside sales team.

·         Participate in quarterly agency stakeholder reviews.

·         Build trust through responsiveness, accuracy, and follow-through.

·         Help reduce administrative burden on outside sales.

·         Help resolve issues and ensure alignment with specifications and codes.

·         Serve as a knowledgeable product and project resource.
