• Responsibilities for Finance Manager: Hire, develop & motivate collections & lending team
• Manage collections portfolio delinquency & charge-off 
• Lead and oversee underwriting efforts for the assigned branch
• Demonstrate & ensure a high level of customer service
• Help ensure branch compliance
• Back up the Branch General Manager as needed
• Requirements for Finance Manager: First-party consumer collections management
• Subprime experience is a plus
• Computer proficiency
• Customer service focus
• Leadership ability
• Work Hours for Finance Manager: No Sundays
• Some early evening & Saturday work hours required
• 45-48 hours a week
• Relevant experience for Finance ManagerConsumer Finance Branch Manager
