GRISORO studio is seeking a motivated, skilled and detail-oriented project manager. This team member’s primary role will be creating schedules, quoting/purchasing and assisting with the installations. They will also be involved in the project management and logistical aspects of each project.The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail oriented, resourceful and has a positive, kind and collaborative attitude that we maintain as a cornerstone of our business. Prior experience in design, architecture and/or construction is preferred.

Job Description

This team member’s primary role will be creating schedules, quoting/purchasing and assisting with the installations. Responsibilities
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at a time
- Ability to complete tasks by deadline and to prioritize projects accordingly
- Support the design team with scheduling, project installs, and coordination of logistics.
- Oversee the full procurement process for FF&E, lighting, textiles, and accessories — from proposals and purchase orders to final vendor payment.
- Coordinate shipping, warehousing, and delivery logistics, ensuring timely and damage-free installations.
- Troubleshoot procurement issues including damages, replacements, and delays.
- Prepare and update project schedules, timelines and punch lists as needed..
- Prepare and maintain budgets, working directly with clients and billing departments.
- Provide support on projects from concept through installation.
- Preparing COI's and Handling Building Alteration/Decorating Agreements.
- Assist on-site with installations.
Skills
- Interpersonal skills to work within a team, taking direction from designers and the Principal
- Work closely with designers and other team members to ensure coordinated design effort is maintained
- Exceptional attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Strong writing and communication skills essential
- Highly dependable, responsible, and ethical
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or project coordination, preferably high-end residential
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Studio Designer strongly preferred
- Comfortable traveling to showrooms, client homes, and construction sites
- Ability to work in person in New York City
