Job Description
As an Outside Sales Representative (Brand Ambassador) in our Los Angeles showroom, you’ll work in a goal-based sales environment to create meaningful relationships with our clients and maximize sales through determining client needs, answering questions about our product, and recommending the right solutions.
This position will be primarily focused on outside sales (approximately 65%), developing relationships and driving business across your assigned territory, with the remaining time spent in the showroom supporting clients, collaborating with the team, and contributing to the overall client experience.
To land this gig, you will need experience in a sales environment, preferably for a luxury brand or within the furniture and design industry.
Key Focus Areas
Outside Sales (65%)
Proactively build and manage relationships with existing and prospective clients through the assigned territory
Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and product knowledge sessions at client locations, offices or in the Showroom.
Drive new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and territory management,
Represent Arteriors at industry events, trade shows, and design community functions.
Analyze territory performance and implement strategies to achieve sales growth goals.
Showroom Sales & Support (approximately 35%)
Provide exceptional client service in the showroom, ensuring every visitor experiences the Arteriors brand at its best.
Collaborate with the team to manage appointments, walk-ins, and follow-ups.
Maintain a strong understanding of showroom merchandising and operations.
Support showroom events and assist in creating a welcoming and inspiring environment for clients.
Job Requirements
You have experience in selling luxury goods, ideally in the luxury home furnishings industry.
You have worked with interior designers or home stagers.
You excel at communicating product knowledge and brand value to clients.
You are skilled at building lasting relationships and delivery outstanding customer service.
You can juggle multiple clients, meetings and follow-ups while keeping organized.
You analyze sales date to find opportunities for growth in your territory.
You are a collaborative team player who contributes to both territory and showroom success.
You are comfortable lifting and moving furniture and lighting fixtures up to 50lbs.
