Work Schedule: 4/10A-1st Shift

Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance, with an Interim Secret clearance required to start.

Job Description

• We are seeking a Senior Configuration Analyst to support the Configuration Management & Data Integrity team.
• This role will focus on configuration baseline control, revision management, documentation traceability, and data management across engineering and manufacturing.

What You Will Be Doing

• Manage product revision control and maintain the authoritative configuration baseline.
• Design and support documentation traceability workflows for engineering and manufacturing teams.
• Review, log, categorize, and track engineering changes against approved customer baselines.
• Analyze Technical Data Packages (TDPs) and communicate configuration impacts to affected stakeholders.
• Ensure Configuration Management (CM) and Data Management (DM) processes comply with contractual, regulatory, and internal requirements.
• Lead change-management activities from concept through product sustainment.
• Support special projects and cross-site initiatives related to configuration management and data integrity.
• Prepare clear and concise communications and documentation for detailed, mission-critical work.
• Mentor junior analysts and share configuration management best practices.

Basic Required Qualifications

• Associate’s degree with 10 years of Configuration Management-related experience.
• Experience applying CM policies, procedures, and tools.
• Ability to understand and interpret Bills of Materials (BOMs) and engineering drawings.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong business acumen and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid document management skills.

Desired Skills

• Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of professional experience.
• Configuration Management certifications preferred.
• Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.
• Experience with ERP, SharePoint, Windchill, JIRA, and/or Confluence.
• Knowledge of Configuration Management principles and SAE EIA-649.
• Familiarity with electronics manufacturing or design.
• Previous experience in defense, aerospace, military, or logistics environments is a plus.
