What You’ll Do as a Client Account Manager Trainee:
- Engage directly with customers to explain Verizon’s services, answer questions, and complete new enrollments
- Promote plans, features, and service bundles designed to maximize customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate and organized records of customer details, service contracts, and transactions
- Support customers through every step of the enrollment process—from first introduction to service activation
- Represent Verizon with enthusiasm, professionalism, and integrity
- Collaborate with fellow Client Service Representatives to share insights, hit enrollment goals, and celebrate wins
Training & Development You’ll Receive as a Client Account Manager Trainee:
- Hands-on product knowledge of Verizon’s home internet, wireless, and entertainment services
- Customer engagement and communication strategies
- Techniques for identifying customer needs and tailoring service recommendations
- Best practices for service contracts, compliance standards, and ethical sales
- Goal-setting, time management, and performance tracking skills
What We Look For in a Client Account Manager Trainee:
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and eagerness to grow
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
