What are the responsibilities and job description for the Case Manager position at HCS Upgrade Client Test?
Facilitates timely and appropriate discharges from the hospital; identifies inappropriate or untimely services; identifies opportunities for improvements in patient care; functions as a liaison with insurance/managed care/utilization review companies and provides documentation of the above per regulatory requirements and hospital policy. Requirements: current FL license, BSN, at leats one year previous experience in a hospital setting.
