Our company is currently seeking a forward-thinking, customer service & outreach-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry Level Community Outreach Associate. We are located in the New Jersey area and we are a fast-growing organization working with some of the nation’s largest telecommunications firms. Our job is to close the gap between our clients and their consumers by providing customer support and outreach to designated communities.The main objectives of the Entry Level Community Outreach Associate is to educate prospective consumers about specific telecommunications solutions, answer product and service questions, provide targeted customer support, and increase the community outreach efforts across the region.Entry Level Community Outreach Associate Responsibilities:Work directly with experienced Community Outreach Associates to gain a comprehensive understanding of our outreach and promotional tacticsAttend daily meetings that comprise of product knowledge training, account status updates, and brainstorming sessions to utilize in daily interactions with consumers to improve conversion ratesCommunicate directly in person with select accounts and demonstrate the utmost professionalism while following both CDC and client compliance guidelinesUse our current POS system to complete the enrollment process for consumersEnsure new members are fully educated on all products and services offered and that all questions or concerns have been satisfiedAdhere to our company policies and demonstrate an understanding of our core leadership valuesEntry Level Community Outreach Associate Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or other related fields of study are preferredMinimum of 2 years of experience working in customer service, sales, or other consumer-involved industriesDesire for growth and advancement within an organizationMust possess a student mentality, able to take constructive feedback, and implement quickly and effectivelyMust be proficient in communicating externally and internallyTeam-oriented, driven, and have a competitive spirit
Salary : $48,000 - $55,000
