Job Summary
Under the direct supervision of certificated or classified staff, the ASES/ELO Student Activities Assistant supports after-school and expanded learning programs by assisting with academic and enrichment activities for students. This position helps facilitate homework support, small group activities, and program setup while promoting a safe, positive, and engaging environment. Student assistants work collaboratively with staff and peers to support student participation and learning while gaining valuable work experience in an educational setting.
Requirements / Qualifications
Currently enrolled high school student or approved on-site BRES student worker. Responsible and reliable with good communication skills. Ability to work well with staff and students. Food handler certification required if applicable.
