Looking for a Revenue Manager to lead billing, collections, and revenue cycle operations in a fast-paced professional services environment.
What you will do:
Oversee billing, WIP, AR, and collections
Manage and mentor billing/collections team
Ensure compliance with e-billing (LEDES) client guidelines
Partner with attorneys to resolve billing issues and improve cash flow
Track key metrics (aging, realization, days to bill)
Provide reporting and insights to leadership
What they want:
7 years in billing/revenue cycle (law firm a plus)
Strong WIP, AR, and collections experience
Leadership hands-on approach
Experience with e-billing systems
