Responsibilities

- Collaborate with sales, marketing, front desk, and human resources teams to align revenue goals with operational plans.
- Monitor daily booking patterns, occupancy rates, and revenue metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Lead and supervise a team of revenue analysts and front desk staff to ensure consistent application of revenue policies and excellent guest service.
- Manage reservations systems, multi-line phone systems, and ensure adherence to phone etiquette standards for guest interactions.
- Prepare detailed reports on revenue performance, market conditions, and strategic recommendations for senior management.
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality management with a focus on revenue management within hotels or resorts.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and guest services excellence.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for engaging with a diverse clientele.
- Deep understanding of hotel operations including front desk procedures, night audit processes, and hotel management systems.
- Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis related to hospitality settings.
- Exceptional leadership qualities combined with effective communication skills across multiple channels such as multi-line phone systems.
- Knowledge of human resources practices relevant to hospitality environments including training and team development.
