As a Customer Enrollment Representative, you’ll specialize in promoting high-speed fiber internet services to local residents. You'll educate potential customers on AT&T’s fiber plans, assess their connectivity needs, and guide them through the enrollment process with clarity and professionalism. Your goal will be to build strong customer relationships while consistently achieving new service activations.
Day-to-Day Duties of the Customer Enrollment Representative:
- Connect with customers to introduce the benefits of AT&T and answer questions about service options.
- Identify customer needs through thoughtful conversation and recommend internet plans that align with their usage and budget.
- Clearly communicate the features of fiber-optic technology, such as faster speeds, higher reliability, and smoother streaming.
- Walk customers through available plans, ensuring they understand the pricing, benefits, and terms of service.
- Complete enrollments efficiently, verifying address eligibility and scheduling installation appointments.
- Track daily interactions and submitted applications using company-provided software and tools.
- Stay informed on AT&T product updates, promotions, and service areas to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- Support team goals by contributing to a positive, customer-first culture and celebrating shared successes.
What We're Looking For in a Customer Enrollment Representative:
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or public engagement is preferred, but not required.
- Confident, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with a strong desire to exceed performance targets.
- Quick learner who can simplify technical information and communicate it clearly to customers.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain professionalism.
- Must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel within the Canoga Park area.

Customer Enrollment Representative Overview:
This position is a full-time employment position located in Canoga Park, CA. This position is Monday-Saturday with an average of 40 hours per week working in a face-to-face role with customers.
- Pay: 100% commission - $40-$200 per order. On average a minimum of 1 order is completed per day per employee.
- Clients & Products: We work with AT&T promoting and signing up new customers for their internet and wireless services
