The Wireless Sales Representative will upsell AT&T’s products in home to residents in the LA area and explain the functional benefits of symmetrical fiber speeds, differentiates the stability of pure fiber infrastructure, and presents integrated wireless backup as a critical component for ensuring continuous online service.
Core Functions of the Wireless Sales Representative:
- Promote and sell AT&T Fiber as the leading residential connectivity solution, positioning its speed and reliability as essential for modern households.
- Convert customer inquiries into activations by presenting customized fiber packages that align with streaming, gaming, and smart home demands.
- Strengthen AT&T’s market presence by consistently achieving activation quotas and expanding residential adoption in assigned territories.
