Your Day-to-Day as a AT&T Customer Representative

  • As a AT&T Customer Representative, you will engage with customers directly, creating memorable first impressions while promoting AT&T's full range of telecom and entertainment solutions.
  • Educate and inform customers about product benefits, helping them understand how AT&T's services improve speed, reliability, and overall connectivity at home.
  • Close sales confidently by identifying needs, handling objections, and ensuring every customer feels valued and well-served.
  • Develop personalized recommendations, showing each customer the plan that fits their usage, lifestyle, and budget best.
  • Gather feedback and insights from customers to help the team improve the customer experience and refine outreach approaches.
  • Document all sales interactions and updates accurately, maintaining high-quality customer records that support follow-ups and ongoing account care.
  • Work closely with your AT&T Customer Representative team to share best practices, refine strategies, and achieve group and individual sales milestones.
