About the Opportunity
A growing real estate investment platform is seeking a Vice President of Acquisitions to help lead and scale its investment strategy within the manufactured housing sector—one of the fastest-growing and most resilient asset classes in real estate.
This is a highly visible role offering direct exposure to senior leadership, with the opportunity to take ownership of transactions from sourcing through execution while helping shape the firm’s long-term growth.
The Role
The Vice President will be responsible for driving acquisitions across a national manufactured housing portfolio. This individual will play a key role in sourcing opportunities, underwriting investments, structuring transactions, and executing deals from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end acquisitions process from sourcing through closing
Source opportunities via broker relationships, direct-to-owner outreach, and proprietary channels
Oversee financial underwriting, modeling, and investment analysis
Structure transactions, including debt and equity execution
Prepare and present investment memos to senior leadership / investment committee
Conduct market research, site visits, and due diligence
Partner cross-functionally with asset management, operations, and finance teams
Build and maintain relationships across brokers, owners, and capital partners
- Contribute to overall investment strategy and portfolio growth
Qualifications
8–12 years of real estate acquisitions, investments, or private equity experience
Strong financial modeling and underwriting skillset
Proven ability to execute transactions across the full lifecycle
Experience in value-add or operationally intensive asset classes
- Ability to thrive in a lean, entrepreneurial environment
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting deals
Preferred Background
Manufactured housing, multifamily, or other alternative asset class experience
Background in a REPE firm, operator, or family office
Exposure to middle-market or programmatic acquisitions strategies
- Experience within a vertically integrated platform
Salary : $200,000 - $400,000
